    Let me tell you, I got hacked before on another site and he changed my pass. But he was so stupid he forgot I had E-mail. So I logged back in and changed it. If he is in your accoutn he can look at your profile which means he can go to a site and look at your e-mail.

    Whaleblubber has gone way too far this time. Trolling was bad enough, but hacking into another persons account, oooh this time hes done it. Whatever you do, when whaleblubber hacked into spongebobs1fan`s account and says something insulting, don`t report him?. Why should you not report him? The moderator will actually believe spongebobs1fan will have said that, and he will give spongebobs1fan the TOS, and spongebobs1fan will get banned sooner or later. We don`t want that to happen. So, in case you want spongebobs1fan to stay, don`t report what whaleblubber said and just ignore him. Spongebobs1fan is good, and does`nt deserve to be banned.

    I'm so sorry. Don't worry... it was for that ONE spam message. They can't ban you for that, can they? You'll probaably just get a TOS violation, or at most, a suspension.

    I just PM`d the moderator saying that whaleblubber hacked into spongebobs1fan`s account. I said that if someone reports what whaleblubber (but it may look like spongebobs1fan said it) not to TOS him. So, I think spongebobs1fan is safe. I will tell you when the moderator replies

    Well i guess it depends how nice they are...I have like 21 TOS Violations and ive already been suspended before.

    There's no official number of TOS violation you get before they decide to ban you. It's just decided based on other factors.

    Update: I e-mailed WhaleBlubber and he just now told me that he did not hacked into spongebobs1fan's account, and he also denies that he's RAWRRIMABEAR (sp?). He could be lying, but he did say, "Some people that [sic?] I hacked an account on SBM a few years ago."
