    If seasons 1-3 never existed, what score do you think SpongeBob as a show would get on tv.com?

    I would probably give it an 8 since it is still entertaining even though the humor is childish and disgusting

    I'd say like around an 8. Season 4 was kinda good, season 5 sucked, and season 6 brought the show back up again.

    I agree with you completely on that one my friend. Season 5 sucked @$$! Fortunately there are some pretty good episodes in season 6. As for the show score, if it started at season 4 to now, it would probably be at least one whole point lower, like a 7.7 instead of an 8.7. Either that or a little lower or a little higher, who knows.

    If seasons one, two, and three never got me into this show, then seasons four, five, and six probably wouldn't interest me.

    Spongebob probably would have been cancelled on Season 5 (or Season 2 hypothetically) if it had started with Season 4 (or Season 1 hypothetically) I'm really confused now :p

    I don't know. This is tough. My gut is telling me that it would probably be somewhere between a 7.5 or an 8, but something's telling me it would probably be around 6 something. I just don't know. This is tough.

    I probably would've never ben into the show.

    That being said, I did like Season 4. It's not a classic season like the first 3 were but it's good. Season 5 was horrible. Season 6 is ok so far. Some good episodes, some not so good. Haven't seen them all yet.

    I would've never became a fan of the show. It would probably be cancelled after the first season.

    If seasons 1-3 never existed, then I still think the show would be good. People wouldn't have to compare it to the first 3 seasons.

    You might actually have a point there. I'm not sure what I would think of Season 5 if I hadn't seen Seasons 1-3

    Well IMO I think I just hate season 5 period! And I think I would still hate it even if I never saw seasons 1-3. And to be honest, I don't really like thinking about what if there wasn't seasons 1-3 for this show because I say they are way too awesome, golden, and shimmering with coolness for them to not exist. I'm glad they exist, really glad. They are the star seasons of the show, and I think they got me liking this show too.

    But ya know when I think about it, there are some episodes of SpongeBob in seaosns 4-6 I think that are still better than the whole show: The Mighty B. God I hate that show, don't get me started on that show.

    I also think SpongeBob didn't really start to go downhill until, I dunno, right before season 5 started, so probably the beginning was when Gift of Gum aired.

    No..o.o If that was true then I wouldnt be into the new seasons right now, or watch the new eps either. All I would do is buy the season 1-3 Dvd's and never watch Spongebob on Nickelodeon again, and I would never even be on this Spongy forum. (Unless all we talked about was season 1-3 lol)

    I remember a thread similar to this years back. I think it was SpongeSebastian who said that these forums would be dead, and it would have a low score. However, Season 5 didn't exsist then I think.

    Season 4 (or 1) I would've probably liked, but a bit more since I hadn't seen the real Seasons 1-3.

    But imagine if Seasons 1-3 were Seasons 4-6 (with the exception of the pilot episode in the real Season 1).

    And don't you forget that its not your opinion, its tv.com in general. There would be no way that SpongeBob would have a 3/10, if crap like The Naked Bros Band and The Mighty B have higher scores
