    actually i heard a rumor back during the writer's strike that nickelodeon fired the writers but i have no proof of that happening which makes me think whoever started that rumor was a cruel person for getting my hopes up

    He's a big character for the show though, since the writers are making him more mean and greedy I think it would make more sense to make a petition to write out Nick's current SpongeBob writers and get the old ones back. At least Pearl Krabs is gone now though, she was annoying and kind of ugly and had a little bit of a rough and bad voice, and many others didn't really like her either. I just wish they didn't get rid of Scooter though as he was a much more liked and popular minor character.

    I liked both Pearl and Scooter, they were practically the only teenagers on the show. Plus, they were big parts in the series as well and they were still written out, so why not do it with Mr. Krabs?

    Exactly! The new writers need to give Mr. Krabs his brains back! In seasons 1-3, he was wise and smart. But in seasons 4-6, he became retarded and dumb. Get the old writers back! The new writers are just so damn horrible!
