Techinally, yes. A lot of people misread what Dan said ages ago about what season it really was.

I wish they didn't split up Season 2, it's caused so much confusion.

The whole and sum of it: If you ask marc: season 5 starts in August
If you ask pscf3: season 4 resumes in August
If you ask the iCarly twitter feed: season 3 ended with iPWV.
If you ask iTunes, they are not seasons they are volumes. So if u want to think of season 4 as being short go ahead, there's an explanation for that. If you want season 4 to have 26 episodes, go ahead, there's an explanation for that 2.

All nick's fault, I reckon. They should at least show the episodes in order.

Me too, but I have one question. Which one do we use for tv.com?

Ahh....that is a good question. I guess because the episodes are airing like it is season 5, but it's not season 5. So, I guess just stay with Season 5 starting in August. I think it's really going to be Season 4 airing because of the way the dvd volume box sets are set up.

I want us to do it the "Extended 4" Way. Its 13 more eps added to S4.

Well, it kind of makes more sense to me for it to be that way. It's kind of like Glee. They split up the seasons. They take breaks throughout the year. I can just think of it like that with iCarly too.

Well how can it be added as Season 4, when Dan Schneider said it was a new season, and Miranda as well as Nathan said this as well. :S

I don't know. I guess consider it season 5. I've just never heard of a show making a season shorter than the others.
