Production-wise: Maybe (since we're still in season 3)
Airing-wise: More likely than above.

Miranda said that they would begin filming the next season early 2011, but that could either mean they split up the third season in half (like they did for season 2), and that they would film the rest of the season because 26 episodes were ordered; or, it is an entire new season.

If it IS a new season, it's season 4 in production order. But if we're talking about in airing order, then it will be season 5 (but only if they go on with filming the next season).

For production order, not likely. But for broadcast, there will in fact be one. With Nickelodeon's bad airing times, season 2 got split. So yeah, if we do see a season 5 broadcasting, it wouldn't be a surprise. For production, hell yeah.

I don't recall it being renewed for a new season but yeah, it's possible. I don't mean this in a rude way, but like pscf3 said, why make an entire thread on the subject?

She means part 2 of season 3(production)/ 4(airing). But, since there is a gonna be a break in-between, it might start back production-wise as Season 4, and we could be back on track.

All these season numbers sound unimportant, the real question is are we getting additional episodes that weren't originally planned? I find cable networks place a lot of repeats in between new episodes to stretch things out.

When this show started I didn't think it would last this long. I thought it would end in 2010. I'm glad it's still going, but then again I want the cast to move onto bigger things too.

Same here. A show like this shouldn't last past 4-5 years. Just like Drake&Josh, Zoey 101, and disney Channel shows.
I would love to see the cast to do things other than iCarly.
