According to Wikipedia and a more reliable source, TV Guide, this episode will premiere on March 19, 2010. This has also been confirmed by Dan on his blog in the comments for the "iSaved Your Life" extended episode discussion.

Summary:

Carly and her pals try to help a former pop star make a comeback video, but the task proves challenging when they realize the ex-star is all washed up. Elsewhere, Spencer is surprised to learn the new woman he's been dating is Gibby's mother.

I am going to say Wikipedia for iC arly episodes is most likly the right spot too look. Production codes and episode # ore off on many of the other sites. TV.com episode page went down hill. Wikipedia icarly is about 94% correct.
