I think this will be locked. He's a really minor character, and there's really nothing to discuss about him, until and unless he actually gets an episode or a sub-plot about him. Until that point, he just sells bagels and pickles on sticks.

Sorry for bumping this topic, but I would just like to say that he makes a pretty major appearnace (atleast, compared to his previous appearances,) in the episode "iQuitiCarly", and I think he even tells a short story about himself in that episode. So, although he is a pretty minor character, I think he is slowly developing and is worth having a topic discussion..

I think he's kind of funny

He's alright. He had some funnier lines in iQuit iCarly. "Have I ever cared where you sit?"

well since neither gibby, or t-bo are major characters, their plot would have to intertwine with spencer's usual b-plot. LOL now THAT would be a sub plot id enjoy watching ^.^

Has anybody else noticed he's a reference back to Dan's previous work with Keenan & Kal? Or closer, the Goodburger skits on The Amanda Show? Might even be the same actor...

I love T-Bo, he doesn't always have the best lines, and sometimes he has the greatest lines but it doesn't matter because the actor is awesome!!! Me and my kids never get enough of T-Bo.
