Hmm. I dont know. Chuck is more evil in the physical department. Nevel wins for brains. If those two ever combined forces, well, they'd be a pretty hard to beat team.

Which one was Veronica? I get all of "Spencer's girls" mixed up lol. Was she the one who didn't like the tux (or, well, did but was kinda creeped out by it)?

Yeah, that was Veronica, also the one he scared the hell out of by coming back to life in iEnrage Gibby, that said, I think Nevil is more evil because while they both always end up being defeated, brains usually triumph over sheer violence, Nevel could easily outsmart Chuck because Chuck is not bright.

Yeah, that was Veronica. She did come back though in a later episode, and she was creeped out more than ever. (When she thought he was dead.)

I'm surprised to hear that people think Chuck is more evil. Personally, I think Nevel is more evil. Chuck is just a kid that takes advantage of what's in front of him, so he basically improvises every time. But Nevel thinks of some great schemes like hacking into the iCarly website, things like that that could actually ruin Carly, Sam, and Freddie. Nevel would have gotten away with hacking into the iCarly site and shutting it down if it wasn't for Carly to call in the military, which was their only way to defeat him. Chuck is easy to defeat since all they have to do is trick him, tell his dad, or have him sent away someplace. If Nevel was to come up with one really good plan, Carly, Sam, and Freddie would be doomed.
