    I just got entertainment weekly in the mail and it had something on Jane lynch and iCarly! It said that Mrs. Puckered name is Pam Puckett.

    So, Mrs.Benson is Marissa Benson.
    Mrs.Puckett is Pam Puckett.
    Mr. Shay is Steven Shay. (mentioned by Carly in iWont Cancel the Show).
