For all Fred fans, I have great news. Fred, the dude from the Fred videos, will be featured in his own movie. Fred The Movie will be the first ever ICarly spinoff. It is due for release in September. Tell me what you think of Fred The Movie.

Lucas Cruikshank's Fred existed before that iCarly episode, thus the Fred Movie does not have to be a spinoff.

You're absolutely right. The Fred videos have been on YouTube for awhile.

I don't intend to see it - I didn't really think Fred was funny on iCarly. But Jeannette McCurdy is supposed to be in it right?

By the way, one of the producers of Fred The Movie is Brian Robbins. Like Dan Schneider, Brian Robbins was on Head of the Class. He was Eric Mardian. Brian has also produced shows for Nickelodeon. He's produced All That and Kenan & Kel.

Meh, I hate Fred with a passion but I happen to think that Lucas Cruikshank isn't that bad of an actor. He could make a good TV actor, if he steered away from Fred of course. He does have the potential to be a good, at least average actor, but not as Fred. All in all, Jennette being in it or not, I probably won't see the movie. I might if Jennette has a big part but if I have to sit through an hour and a half of listening to Fred's pipsqueak voice, I think I'd shoot myself.

why is this being discussed here. "Fred has NOTHING to do with iCarly aside from his guest appearance.

I haven't seen Fred on youtube since before summer, but I think Bertha is Fred's friend or Cousin who makes him do weird or dangerous stuff.

I'm kinda with you there. In a magazine I had, the iCarly cast was interviewed or something and in one section they were talking about an upcoming episode called "iFred" and at first I thought it was just some random guy like Freddie. I didn't know. Then, I watched it. His vids on Youtube were even awfuller (btw, I realize that's not a word).

lol Why not bring this up on this forum? I mean, how many of the threads on here are actually on-topic. At least this one deals a small bit with iCarly.

Fred is okay IMO, but I don't even think this movie is going to be great at all.
