Effective tomorrow (Oct 4), The Legend of Korra will move from it's current timeslot to a latter timeslot of Fridays at 8:30 ET/7:30 CT. Plan accordingly.

Oh but if it was Spongebob, it'd get a 5+ hour timeslot.

It was a good thing I was home around 7pm. I would've missed it by not realizing the time slot change. I was going "wtf is this sh*t airing now" or "did they go on break already?" While airing later is probably better with a primetime (older) audience, they should've made the changes at least known a few days sooner. I usually set the dvr like 3 days in advance.

They tried to but TV Listings websites messed up the listings and didn't correct them in time.

When it wasn't on at 7:00 p.m. I checked my TV's guide and saw when it was. I watched Sam&Cat at 7:00 p.m. until I got official conformation from Nick that Korra had changed times, because they need to effectively let people know. I was mad there was no warning. Finally I saw a commercial advertising Korra being new at 8:30, but they didn't advertise it as a new timeslot, just "don't forget to watch Korra." Then I went back to the baseball game until 8:30.

If I miss an episode, I can always watch the next day on Nickelodeon.COM.

Starting tonight (November 1st) Korra moves up a half hour to 8PM/7C.

This new time will remain in effect for the rest of Book 2.

Book 2 Finale will be November 22:

122 Nov-8-2013 A New Spiritual Age
123 Nov-15-2013 Night of a Thousand Stars
124 Nov-15-2013 Harmonic Convergence
125 Nov-22-2013 Darkness Falls
126 Nov-22-2013 Light in the Dark

They really should give more warning before switching the times up so much. It might even be contributing to it going down in ratings.

This time it wasn't just Nickelodeon. Nick wanted to move it to a better time slot since the 8:30 hugely dropped ratings, but decided to change it once requested by Michael and Bryan.
