Well the Tales of Ba-Sing-Se will answer that along with the mystery of Lu-Ten. |

Bending is passes down through genes, but not every member of bending parentage will be a bender. Like Sokka who is Katara's older brother or one of the two identical twins in "The Fortuneteller". Other instances are Zuko's family, Fire Lord Sozin (Zuko's great-grandfather), Fire Lord Azulon (Zuko's grandfather), Fire Lord Ozai (Zuko's father), Uncle Iroh (Zuko's Uncle), and Princess Azula (Zuko's sister) are all related to him and all have firebending. I don't know what you mean. Iroh travelled to the Spirit World and when he returned, he could see spirits. Rumours and theories are than when Lu Ten (Iroh's son) died at the battle at Ba Sing Se, and Iroh retreated, he journeyed into the Spirit World to find him. If this is true, then the last seen face of Koh the Face Stealer would be of Lu Ten. All these questions aside from the second have been answered already in the show. Actually, the bending heritage thing is still up for speculation. |
Good point I never thought of that
