Ok, you know how Zuko has three firebenders and three standard Fire Nation soldiers in his crew, well can someone explain to me what happens to those six dudes whenever Zuko isn't invading a village? I mean they only appear whenever Zuko wants to invade an area for the Avatar.

    Lame comeback.

What comeback? I was meerly saying that you didn't think logically for even a moment before you felt the need to clutter up this already congested forum with your pointless thread.

"Gee let's think where does his crew go whil he's traveling the ocean on his SHIP! Gee let's think oh I know he puts them in a small sack. Yeah that's it."

By the way we do see his crew inside the ship during "The Storm" we actually spend half the episode with the crew in the ship.

Think before you push that new thread button next time.

What...? I think they're considered extras, and as such, every move they make is of no concern to us. They just end up where they're needed...

Last we heard of them they were taken by Zhao for the seige of the North Pole. So either they were killed during the siege or went back to the Fire Nation afterwards.

I like to think that they're spreading the message throughout the Fire Nation military that the banished Prince Zuko actually cares for his fellow countrymen (as witnessed by them in The Storm), unlike his father who'd happily use them as bending fodder, and are forming a rebel Fire Nation army that will arrive to offer their allegiances to Zuko late in season three...

Once again that was the general's plan not Ozai's and we don't know what Ozai thought of the plan since Zuko just started shouting like a drunk monkey.

Knowing one's place in society is an integral part of Asian cultures. Status and showing proper respect to a superior (usually meaning someone older) is more important than being right. The importance of it may not be completely understood by a Western audience.

I have a feeling we may see some of Zuko's crew again, at least the captain anyway. I doubt they are forming an all out rebellion or anything, but at the very least it could give Zuko or the gang an ally for whenever they make it to the FN

The dude talking about why the firebenders and standard foot soldiers disappear whenever they were sailing. Also why did Lt. Gee never join Zuko in his invasion of the South Pole or Kyoshi? I would except the Lt. to be with him.

I think windseeker15 and Airawende answered the question most effectively.

    Nandireya,

bending fodder, ooooh that a good one. Feed more firetroopers to the bending cannons!
