    It really wierd because I never pictured Zuko as ever becoem King I thought it would just be hard for him to settle down.

    I thought that his dreams sorta forshadowed that Zuko would become firelord but at the same time, was more like a nightmare about what happened to his mother.

    I think at the end of the show, he'll look just like that and will become firelord, that also goes along with the "never forget who you are" thing.

    Maybe the part when he looks in the mirror and sees Aang foreshadows that he'll give up trying to be Fire Lord and??join Aang to stop his father and sister?

    Oh well Zuko is just in conflict with his ideals. His good side will win and Zuko will fight??Azula in Ba Sing Se with Katara.??

    Betray my ass. His father scarred him, banned him from his own home, treated him like an ass...Ozai deserves that mess.

    Sorry but I just can't see Zuko as Firelord... Sure, he wants to be Firelord now, but will he have what it takes to be the monarch once the time comes? My guess is no. I think that he will overthrow Ozai (or Azula or whomever it is on the thrown by the time he gets around to it) , and then put Iroh in power to go make some reforms. At this point he could choose to stay in the firenation in the royal house, or who knows, he could find his mom (provided she is still alive) and live with her.

    Don't get me wrong I totally agree with you I am just saying that most of the first season we see Zuko trying to catsh the avater so he can be united with his family and the firenation. He is haveing trouble desiding if he should stop trying to go back with is father.
