Rather would not sexual tension between characters add drama?, this is why I don't think aang and katara are going to open up to each other about their feelings (at least no until the end of the series), zuko when he likely joins the gang would add a whole lot turmoil with the aang-katara-zuko love triangle, but katara and zuko will most likely never go steady in the course of the series, the relationship of the three will always be ambiguous and shifting for dramatic reasons. |

Zuko, Katara, and Aang; Zuko, Mai, and Jin; Sokka, Suki, and Ty Lee...seems like the creators could have been planning this...hell we already saw a bit of a love triangle when Sokka suggested Katara kiss Jet and Aang had a lil hit of jealousy...wait what am I doing? I hate the romance part of this show...awww crap

ZUKO: ummmm... fang, kang... yes I believe it was Aang. Good for him standing up to that brother of yours. If it had been up to Sokka, the good old man, I'd be a statue in the frozen tundra.. remind me to send him a thank you note on his birthday again!

Oy! NO more love triangles please, or at least not the main characters, that's a little chliched. A love triangle between major secondary characters and a main character I think would be much more interesting such as a Sokka relationship or something. And the romance part of the show is seriously starting to p*ss me off. IT'S CRAZY!!! And again for the billionth time, I don't even think the ideas are coming from the creators, all this relationship craziness seems to be coming from the fans (I hate that!)??and I also bet that there will be a love triangle between Kataang and Zutara if for no other reasons the creators are going to be trying to please both the ships, and that's the perfect (but oh so annoying, imho) way to do it.
So you're right dumbTVnut, it is a good bet.

Maybe the writers are in??kahoots with the "what day to air new episodes" department at Nick headquarters.?? Afterall, they love to torture the Avatar fans.?? Let's see....
FIRST:?? We'll give them a love triangle.?? Female fans go crazy as they announce a Katara figurine to pair up with the?? Aang or Zuko figurines already being sold.????You can buy one with??a "Team Zuko" and "Team Aang" T-shirt.
SECOND:?? We don't have a season finale.. instead with a season cliffhanger... writers leave us hanging (i.e. Who Shot JR) for the next 5 months until Season 3 season opener.
