Zuko and Sokka are a lot alike. They both have dad issues. Zuko's seemed to never want him and he had to rely on someone else to teach him (iroh). Sokka's dad never had the chance to teach him, so he relies on others too (bato) They both are the only boys and have to deal with a sister who is gifted. (even though katara didn't know how to bend she was still the only bender in her tribe) Both of these guys are stubborn and sometimes have a negative outlook on everything. But they so totally rock.

aah a tricky question...i'd have to go with zuko because i think sokka may play by the rules and we all know zuko won't.

agreed. plus, Zuko has so much potential. Sokka on the other hand...

the problem with the avatar world is that if you aren't a bender you end up a hippie.

zuko does carry a lot of angst - sokka not so much (except against the fire nation) but i think a least one episode will show him looking at the moon with a broken heart.

Let's see there both my favorite characters. But I have to say Sokka is better, he makes me laugh loads of times and I love his relationship with his sister and Anng.

I knew I was right! It seems everyone who likes Sokka, is a Zuko fan....were they separated at birth? They do seem to be the same age or is Sokka older?

Zuko is older by roughly one year.

They both suck at fishing.

Sokka is cool, but i definatly like Zuko better. I have thought about him WAY much more than anything else. Not in a girly i wuv you way, but how he probably acts when his life didnt count on capturing the avatar, and how you would know him if you were like Killika. I have to admit I think that Zuko is more interesting, but Sokka is funnier.
