Yeah, that was a great scene. But I'm gonna have to go with the blood-bending one. Or the Kataang kiss in NMDD.

The Scene in CoD with Katara and Zuko, when she's about healing his scar.

    Meh. Zutarian.

    Kataang FTW! NMDD, DoBS, CoTL.

The confrontation scene between Zuko and Ozai. The sheer purpose and meaning of every second was overwhelming. It was also a perfect scene, in my opinion.

You, sir, are a man of great taste and observational power. It WAS a perfect scene, from Zuko's dialogue to him redirecting lightning back at mean old dad -a talent he learned from Iroh, his true father figure.

The ending of the Blue Spirit. It was pretty intense. I saw the episode yesterday and I found details I had missed. The part in which Zuko gives his back to the FN emblem was pure foreshadowing (As the whole episode was) For season one.
For season two I have to go with the finale of Zuko alone, really sad.
And for season Three it gets hard, since I know DoBS Zuko sequences were perfect but the Mai stuff is still too fresh in my mind to pick any other scene.

Same here. Hearing the words "I'm going to join the Avatar" was quite possibly the happiest moment of my life. You should have seen my reaction.

I like the baby Toph and Badger Mole scene. It was too cute...

As opposed to action, I'd say Ozai/Zuko.

Oh yes, the lightning owned hard as well. I had just been waiting for him to turn good since practically day one, and when he finally did. . . *sigh* it was wonderful.
