When you stand on a hill during a thunder-storm and scream "COME ON! YOU'VE NEVER HELD BACK BEFORE!" or "DADDY DOESN'T LOVE MEEEEE EEEE EE EEE!" or "KAHN!", for the purpose of redirecting lightning of course.
Or you could try the non-bender way, and just go stargazing during the thunderstorm and using metal fishing rods as pointers.

before the episode aired in the UK, which for a change gets thigs first when it comes to dr who, the creators said it would be the scariest yet, so don't say there wasn't a warning.
but yes, i heard the finale is coming very soon in america, it's 3-part, starting with 'utopia', the next episode, then 'the sound of drums', then 'the last of the timelords'.

omg! that blink episode was awesome! i loved it, esp. the part when their in the basment and the lights kept flashing on and off and the angels kept getting closer, hehe. my little sis was scared too. and yeah the next episode is the three part finale, which is cool. But even though i love avatar like crazy, i'll be watching doctor who on friday, then watch avatar on nick 2.
