if you real think about- why do they want the war not to be spoken about... why to they brainwash their people. why do they bring them to lake laogai??? any suggestions??

my opinion is this- i think that the earth king is too much of a coward to talk about the war and he knows that sooner or later he has to help the other nations fight the fire antion, but hes too scared??? eh- my opoion sucks butt!! :/ but i cant think of anything else.

I don't think the Earth King is a coward he just doesn't have any control.?? In the last episode Long Feng says that they are controling him.?? I think the real reason he doesn't want the war to be talked about is because he believes that the walls will keep the Fire Nation out of the city and sees the war as a threat to how they have arranged the city to their own liking.
