Why is it famous? Well we can start off that it's on Nick and apparently a "non-Nick"-type show, meaning that it's not a comic looking like show like Spongebob, Rugrats, and Fairly Oddparents, airing on Nick. Most Nick shows are all about fun as this one is more serious (with maybe some craziness involved). Another would be that the storyline attracts more people. I was hooked on the ninth episode because of what the story was at. It appeals to the expanding targeted audience.
That's true. I still like W.I.T.C.H. better, although that may be so because I've only seen 1 Avatar episode(The Library, I believe it was) and 40 out of the 52 W.I.T.C.H. episodes. I invite you all to go visit the threads there or watch the show, especially if you have an interest in elemental powers. If you want you can PM me and let me know what you think. BTW, I'm a guy.

Holy crap. I knew you were new, but only one? Oh and flipped to witch a couple times just fun. Could not get into it. Just another example of 42-year olds writing and voicing a show about teenagers. And have they even read the manga? Well they all have something holdin them back. Avatar's on Nick, they're on Jetix. Ok seriously do people actually use the word "crud", I'm curious. But its ok, and hey if you like it that's cool.

Well I watch it mainly because of the action. And its not trying to be anime, just to let you know. It has an European art style and its based off the W.I.T.C.H. comics that originated in Italy, but if you don't like it, thats fine. Just give it a chance if you havrn't seen it, just like I will watch Avatar. We are hoping, although it is not likely at all, for a third season.

Oh my gosh I was just about to say that.?? The??action??kicks ass but completely overshadows the rest of the show. Its kinda the??fear I had for??Avatar.??Up until this last "movie", I've been proved wrong time and time again. Oh and like??I said,??it looks??like that cause its based (more or less, its an animated series u know how it is) on a??running manga series.??

I suggest that you don't watch episode 30(which is season 2) all of a sudden like that, you have to start out at episode one or at least somewhere in the minor episodes in order to actually understand the plot

It depends on your "board" preferences. I put 50 to a page so I don't notice as quickly that the AtLA forum goes on for kilometers.
