??air nomads are travelling from island to island.They have`nt got citys,villages or fortresses because of this, fire nation hunted them during they travelling.The air nomads, have just got temples.And atemple, is a trap for them,because, there are few air benders in a temple.also, they got a peacefull philosophy, they didn`t train warriors.

well, it's not like they knew they were going to be the victims of a ass genocide slaughtering next tuesday. they didn't forsee any of this. it's not a "trap" when there is no danger. or at least they thought there was no danger. any danger could only have happened when one of the elements got an unnatural sudden surge of immeasurable energy and if the avatar got trapped in an iceberg for a hundred years, putting him in suspended animation so that he could neither help the world, nor die and be reborn.

come on! who in the world could have predicted that!

Eureka! I have found the flight plans for every nomad hailing from the western temple.(repeat for other temples)
