    Oh please all the ships are like that:

    (I just want to say, if you're a die-hard shipper pay no attention to this because they're just what I thik about the pairings, I don't need a billion people telling me that they ship their ship for different reasons)

    Kataang-most likely created after crazy Zuko fangirls created Zutara, "the other" paring

    Zutara-the "well, I can't be with Zuko, so I'll pair him with the the "ultra fablolous girl" and pretend it's me" pairing

    Taang- the "I want Zutara to happen, so, to kill Kataang we'll pair him with Toph" pairing

    Sukka- an "actual" pairing, no one could possibly come up with a way to say they don't like each it

    Zutoph(don't know "official name")-most likely created after the episode "The Chase" because Iroh bonded with Toph and said she was similar to Zuko, "the back-up"

    Crack pairings:

    Azuka-yeah, no.

    Katara/basically, anything with a pulse (and I think, even??some things without)-poke fun at shipping

    I absolutely have no idea where I was going with this anymore, and apparently nobody knows what the topic is anymore.

    WHO WOULD MAKE A BETTER GIRLFRIEND FOR ZUKO: JIN OR SONG (no Katara, Toph??or anything else, if you want Zutara, Zutoph, whatever,??go to the Official Character Relationship Discussion page)

    Why did you put quotes around maturity? That would implie that she isn't mature. They could've gone another way with that, and instead of insulting Sokka and highlighting Katara like they usually do, HE could've been the one that got them out of the desert. -_- It'd be a refreshing change of pace.

    Not for nothing, Katara is suppose to be pretty whether people think she is or not. Think about all the emphasis they put on it (episodes: 14, 23, 25 especially) it's ridiculous. It's obvious I don't like her either, which in this case is justified. I would explain why, and if??you don't believe me I will (trust me, I WILL), I just don't want to waste the space.
