    Speaking of Ursa....You know how Ozai said Ursa was banished? I believe she went to the Southern Water Tribe, where she had 2 kids... Katara and Sokka. Yea, i think Ursa is their mom. Think about it... it is possible. You never saw their mom's faces...

    i highly believe it's azula.. and with her hair down she gazed into her mirror and maybe saw Ursa's reflection in place of her own. really mad that she doesn't want to turn out to be like her, and probably still hurt over her mother thinkin she was a monster, she throws her brush at the mirror in rage. and hey; since she ALREADY has some anger issues, why not light everything on fire? hence teh blue flame around her and her devillish grin

    makes sense...?

    I actually don't think they would. More of a shock factor when it happens. They teased us a little with the mirror scene though. Same reason they didn't show Iroh. They don't want us to know when he's going to return.
