Who is going to fight Fire Lord at the end: Zuko or Aang?

    my guess would be that Zuko would fight him and be beaten to almost death and then Aang would arrive and then he would him.
    thats the best i can see. then Zuko would take the throne and balance would be restored

    Who knows? They could kill her off gruesomely. J/K

    It has to be the Avatar! I mean it's his whole journey. I fhe doesn't complete it, the story will seemed incomplete, at least in the point of Aang's view.

    Season 3 finale

    Aang: Ok, I mastered all elements, and finally able to control the avatar state. I have trained fo rthis battle my whole life.

    *Aang walks into firelord's palace, and sees Zuko over Ozai's dead body*

    Aang: Oh, Zuko,, you defeated him...ummm. well alright I guess.

    Zuko: ummm.. yea....sorry?

    Aang: no that's alright *mumbles under breath* even though it's supposed to be my show, and my final battle

    We need an excessively violent and disturbing season three finale. Something utterly shocking.

    i also think that if he joins the gaang they should go to the Guru.Only Iroh,Bumi, Sokka, Aang(he already was)??and maybe Jeong-Jeong do not need to go to the Guru to learn to keep their calm.

    A calm Zuzu able to redirect and create lightning will probably beat angry Ozai.But he will not eliminate him just like he did with Zhao.

    Yay! that's what I think must happen, and I (im boring with this teory) think Ozai Hate zuzu cus Aunt wu told him: you'll be the firelord, not iroh, but your sin will deathrone you, he wil be stronger and wiser than you, ....bla bla, bla. Andd Zuko is the main character after Aang, if they don't share that place, in the first chapter we see Aang's reaparition, and the exiled prince, in the second, both sides preparing themselves for a battle, in the storm, we see the two main stories.... And nobody has said Aang destiny was to defeat ozai, but to help to restore peace in the world, I think they both will fight him, but Zuko will finish him, and i see a fight between those two old brothers, but not in the season finale, but in the 15th chapter, son Zuko wants a revenge for the person who loved him the most. I think Aangs role will be to defeat the entire FN army, then to decrease Ozai's power and energy to end dead, and then zuko kills him, and restores peace, until 5 7 years later, when now that all four nations are together, another amenace apears, a monster, that want's to destroy humanity, so Zuko and Katara's youngest daughter, the new avatar, and a nun Azula, plus the heir to the southernwest empire throne (the firebendder daughter of they) and the middle brother (a waterbender travel to basinge to ask them for help to join forces. Why? cus the creators are thinking into expand Avatr series, but with another plot, I don't see another plot with Aang, and if he born again, what would be better to reborn as his life's love daughter (dont be chauvinist) And I think azula is being controled for the crones, so...

    I guess Aang and is his mision to restore balance to the world by defeating Fire Lord Ozai mastering the four elements.
