I think Kid Flash is one of the silhouettes in the foreground, but I don't have a blown up image of him cause he's not one of the main five, though he was??awesome (and voiced by Michal Rosenbaum aka Lex Luther). ??
As for the Terra thing, she didn't really get amnesia. She pretended to forget??so she could??abandon the hero lifestyle because she was ashamed of her past and jumped at the chance to start life over. In the comics she died and then was resurrected as Terra II. Since the producers weren't allowed to kill her, they encased her in stone for her "death" and then brought her back mysteriously with her choosing to leave the Titans.

Yeah, it is kind of selfish on her part, but I bet her choice was kind of based on the fact??that she was ashamed as well. I mean yeah, she saved everyone in the end, but before her epiphany she betrayed her supposed teammates, manipulated and lied to them for a long period of time while pretending to be one of them, spied on the Titans for Slade, had Slade bots infiltrate their Tower, exposed them to one of their greatest enemies--Slade,??exploited their weaknesses, and attempted to kill them multiple times. If I were her, I wouldn't be too eager to return to the Titans after that whole ordeal either. It's doubtful she'd ever be completely forgiven for all those horrible things, especially by Raven, and she knows that. ??
