you forgot instant transportation... although an airbender can glide, an earthbender can move like a freight train as demonstrated by Toph in Crossroads... I thought that was pretty neat (now if she could get that earth to levitate she could fly on it like Terra in Teen Titans! LOL)

1.??Instant cover/shelter. It's about to rain? One motion and WHUMP up pops an earth tent.
2. Locomotion: You can either cling to??ceilings??or walls, skate on the Earth, or give you a cushin when falling or jumping from tall height.
3. Control of enviroment: One move and the very ground your opponent stands can be shifted making him or her fall or turn the ground into sand limiting their mobility. And you can create massive walls and hills not giving a Firebender a straight path to send their flames at you(if you haven't noticed Firebenders can attack in straight lines).
I could think up a couple more too, but you just want 3 so there you have it 
fire is so much better then earth.
??1) fire concentrated into a small beam so its like a super powerful lazer that can cut anything into shreds
??2)insanely stron fire shield (demonstrated when azuala shields herself from all 4 elements and destroys and entire town.
??3)non fighting abilities (fire for heat, light, and shooting out of your feet or hands to "fly" like a jet pack)
??4)insanly huge fire wall that jeong jeong used in "deserters"
??5)LIGHTING!!!!

6) when it starts to rain you just heat your self up and you will stay dry to then
7) it can heat up cold food and drinks (TEA ^^)
