    well theres several places they could go to

    1.south pole
    2.north pole
    3.southern air temple
    4.maybe omashu if king bumi has got it back
    5.eastern air temple
    6.the other air temples
    7.any free land not controled by the firenation

    so take your pick

    I think they'll try to get Iroh back so aang can learn firebending. Or they'll gather all their friends and make an abandoned air??temple their base.

    If the next season is going to be Fire, the it will probably about Aang learning firebending. The gang will probably find a place to stay, stash the earth king (unless the writers feel we don't have enough comic relief, in which case he stays for good),?? and find a teacher for Aang. Be it Jeong Jeong from season one, or Iroh, or some new firebending master. . . My money's on Iroh, but that's just my guess on what they'll try to do.

    LOL That's my guess for what happens to Toph and Sokka. I know everyone freaks when they think about the age difference NOW, but at the end of the whole show, and they show Ty Lee and Suki fighting over Sokka and him being forced to choose; cut to 10-15 years in the future, and he's being bossed around by Toph, his wife. Not saying it WILL happen, but I think it'd be funny.

    If Aang goes back then yeah I'm pretty sure the Guru will take him back, but does he really need to go back. Unless I misuderstood the Guru, he said he was going to help him master the Avatar State, which Aang did, he just got hit from behind before he could do anything. I don't think he is a bender, just really old and wise, so he couldn't really help him too much there. And as for the Firebending teacher thing, I'm betting either Iroh or some new dude. Which I would actually prefer someone new that is a really good firebender. I mean Iroh got enough to worry about (Zuko betraying him, his being imprisoned, and possible execution). Plus I think that a younger firebender would be a better addition to the Gaang....no real reason, I just think it would.

    Old and wise is good, too. I think the guru can teach him about energy (yin and yang). He doesn't have any other mature advisors unless he breaks Iroh out of prison.

    maybe in the serieis finale there will be a 10 yr jump and anng and katara will have a kid and so will sakka and that girl not toph the one with the white face
