What's Going to be the Eddicit when One of the Ships Finally Wins?

    I've personally always leaned towards Zutara from the point of view that it would be a decent twist and make for a good story.
    but I also acknowledged the fact that show is obviously leaning towards Kataang.

    I don't care either way, I just enjoy the series.

    But to whoever belongs to the losing ship...thats what fanfiction is for.

    The plot is what matters most, but we all already know that Aang is going to win. The shipping, however, you can never be too sure. (Except at certain intervals). If someone only talks about one aspect of the show online, it doesn't mean that offline they watch it objectively and for entirely different reasons. When I watched TBR, I shouted at the action and "awwed" at the romance (yes, I'm a sucker) accordingly. But when I watch Avatar, I watch it mainly for the fighting because to me that's the best part of it.

    Well, I'm expecting gloating. How can you not? I'd probably gloat if I was right. There are bound to be some crazy shipping zealouts who will spend their time saying they were right. But let's not hope there's too many. If there was, there would be floods of trolls.

    If kataang wins I'll go 'knew it all along' about twice and move on to discuss the far more important aspects of the finale.

    If zutara wins I'll go 'meh' about twice and move on to discuss the far more important aspects of the finale.

    If either ship wins and it's not well written I'll go 'meh, pretty lame' about twice and move on to discuss the far more important aspects of the finale.

    I really don't care who ends up with who I'm just looking forward to the epic finale. I going with choice#2 I'm sure there are going to be people gloating in the opposite shipper's face. I bet there will even be a few people who no matter what happens refuse to give up their ship even in the face of overwhelming evidence.

    please do not post in any threads saying "what I wanted didn't happen, I am leaving" just leave silently; and do not change signatures because what you have is not longer true(except for putting the "do not spoil please" signatures)

    I'm just getting pissed at people saying "If my ship doesn't happen the show will suck" as if romance is the main drive. Saving the world is the main drive of the show, for goodness' sake! Still, I didn't mean everybody's like that... Even your ship doesn't happens, as long as the story is good, you shouldn't care. I didn't get my shp and I'm fine with it. (I friendship-ship Aang-Katara-Zuko but M and B crushed my dreams at the beginning of season 3)

    not gonna say who but in the "interview" they said Katara is too young to get married (as I always said since months ago; Zuko is just barely right age for the 4 nations world and Mai and Sokka not yet, I assume suki is 15 also, and Azula is too young also) but maybe Katara will marry at the future with one she chose, but they didn't confirm they will get married, they only went as far as a few months later, not years later at the end(at least from what book says)

    yeah, that was bothering me I was wondering why is a 14 year old picking the person she will stay with the rest of her life

    If Kataang is the victor I'd say something along the lines of:

    "Kataang WINS!! YEAAH!!

    It has been an honor arguing with you all,"

    Or if Zutara is the lasting ship, I'd say:

    "Good job Zutarians, you have won. "

    I'd also stay out of shipping threads if Zutara wins. But shipping, of course, is only be a secondary objective. I most importantly want to discuss the epicness of the finale that is to come.
