If he's going to stick around lets hope he develop into a more interesting character. Maybe he can learn to fight or something more or less the gan might drop him off somewhere

yeah, hes pretty useless. theyre probably going to have to take care of him now, or hell be killed by fire nation. that is, unless the gaang can somehow infiltrate the palace and get rid of azula, zuko, and all of the dai li with a wounded aang.

Or watch, some how he is like the greatest Earth bender ever but like Toph his parents didn't want him to develope it, so he simpathizes with Toph, goes to her parents and convinces them to let her go with the gang.

I'm no expert on Asian history, but he seems more of a representation of the Tibetan monarchs. His clothes I mean. He seemed like an interesting character.

Wait I have a question that makes me feel very stupid but Imma ask it anyway. Is the Earth King an Earthbender? Not neccisarily a great or even good one, but just is he one. Because a Earth King who can't earthbend has "OVERTHROW ME!!!" written on his forehead.

Based on what we seen on him, I don't think he can earthbend.

A better question is: Why did they take Bosco with them?
It looked really silly at the end where we see a bear riding on a flying bison.

Maybe Bosco will turn into a interesting character!

I hope he can because if not he is the most useless character to date (IMHO). also if he can't Earthbend, or has some other special thing about him (genius IQ, really strong, excellant warrior, etc.)he didn't deserve to be king in the first place and Long Feng was right to make him a figurehead and leave him outta the war.

I still don't understand why they took Bosco. Because the Earth King was being a baby? It's ridicoluos. Although the avatar creators never did put something into the show, without having some reason to put it there. So, maybe they'll reveal Bosco's reason later in the season. Or if not then we'll at least get a couple laughs from him.

he'll probably stick to the Gaang like glue now because theyre really the only people that can defend him now..... but hopefully they'll leave him with the Nomads and they'll put flowers in his hair... that would be AMAZING

Being the Earth Kingdom repper I am I hope the guy is atleast a genius or something. Maybe he's an Earthbender but has little training at it. Maybe cuz the way Ba Sing Se is run it isn't "fashionable" for the Earth King to be able to fight like talking about...just guessing...but I think the Earth King will be brought somewhere safe...and of course he'll need new clothes can't walk around looking like the Earth King or the Fire Nation will be on them in no time...
