Dude, for the last few days you've been posting endlessly about how the ending in the book is lame, making negative comparisons to the final Harry Potter book. Could you please just stop. First of all, I loved the 7th Harry Potter book, and I know I wasn't alone in that. I also loved chapter 301 of Avatar, 'The Awakening', despite the fact that a lot of people here posted negative comments about it.
Finally, even if everything in that stupid book was 100% accurate it means nothing. Sozin's Comet is not alone in being summarised in a book, the same thing was done for the finale of book two. In that summary, the battle between Aang, Zuko, Katara, and Azula, generally considered one of the best bending battles of the series, was reduced to this:
"... Zuko shoots a fireball between Aang and Azula. He makes his choice and fights with his sister against the avatar. It is a hard battle, they eventually gain the upper hand. The avatar attempts to go into the Avatar State, but Azula wounds him with lightning. Suddenly Iroh appears and holds off Zuko and Azula while the avatar escapes.."
Those aren't the exact words but that is pretty much how long it was, how much it said, and how lame it was. There was no mention of the Dai Lee Pretty, and Katara only rated a couple of words. Pretty much the entire summary (all 5 pages + pictures of it) was just like that. If the Sozin's comet book is anything like its predecessors, we can count on seeing far, far more than what is revealed.
