Besides the amazing season finales, I would say my top 3 are:
The Chase (Season2) Had awesome fight scene
The Drill (Season 2) very adventurous
The Blue Spirit (Season 1) mysterious and exciting
Pretty much I like any episode with a great fight scene or with a great development of the plot story.
