I love seeing all the different maturity levels...

    :
Yeah, even though the show was meant for kids and teens, different aspects make it attractive to people of different ages.?? Heck, I'm 23. I accidently came across one episode last year and was immediately attracted to the whole elemental powers,?? fantasy thing. Even my brother thought it wasn't too bad and he's much older then me.

It's got solid writing, great characters, and friggen sweet animation on the fight scenes.?? I'm a sucker for a well-animated (or choreographed) fight.?? It's a show where everyone involved has obviously done their homework.?? They're not just trying to make a show to fill up half an hour of time like a lot of stuff on the air--they are trying to create a world and tell a story.?? There's a lot of depth and richness without it being pretentious or heavy-handed.

    And Iroh.?? Can't forget Iroh.

17, turning 18 in March. I've babysat kids 9 and 11 who also enjoy Avatar.

I've always been a sucker for cartoons. In all likelihood I always will. At first glance , Avatar's storyline may seem hokey, but its fluid animation, dynamic characters and inclusion of relatable themes keeps me coming back for more. Themes such as anti-war definately play a role in the cartoon's popularity, seeing as the major fanbase is situated in the United States. ( I am Canadian, myself, but still I find them relevant) It is clear the animators did their homework too, studying the various types of martial arts rather than the inserting generic asianesque fighting which seems to be running rampant in western cartoons these days. The music too is well done. Being a music nerd/geek/snob myself, this facet is incredibly attractive to me.

So yeah. Yay Avatar. Ye done good.

Age is relative, I'm 20 years old but have been mistaken in real life, outside of the computer and everything, for all ages from 14-45.

Agreed. Without sounding cliche, age is only a number

I'm 17 and going to turn 18 in December, and I have to say this is one of my favorite shows along with Heroes, South Park, and Family Guy. I love cartoons as long as they have a good story or are really funny, and its a shame that there haven't been as many good cartoons like Avatar. I'm not a fan of animes, but Avatar to me is as good as a cartoon version of Heroes, it just kicks butt and is so much fun to watch.

I'm 18 and proud to be an avatar fan. It just so happens what when your bored on a Sunday afternoon and searching through iTunes tv shows, can lead to you to an obsession with Avatar.

i'm 17. my 10 year old sister also watches it. my mom saw us watching it one time, and she got hooked. so even my mom watches it. i'm not even joking. it's the most awkward thing. my mom doesnt laugh at sokka's humor half as much as my sister and i do though, my mom is old fashioned.

I'm 15, and I'm the only one in my family who actually keeps up with every episode, but my 18 year old cousin and 19 year old brother watch it a lot with me too. My dad, (i think it's safe to say that he's not exactly young) also will watch it with me and really likes it! Kinda strange....but he says there are "good life lessons" in it. lol, um, sure, dad...that's why i watch it...of course!

    TOTALLY PSYCHED FOR DECEMBER 1st!
