The thing is, it's not only with the cartoons that Nickelodeon is failing. How many of you heard about tragic destruction of the iconic slime geyser at Nickelodeon studios in Orland FLA.? Cartoons on all networks are reaching rock bottom. Disney is dumping 2-D when it comes to movies, Nick is destroying every original concept that gets thrown its way, and CN is sinking to showing *twitches* LIVE-ACTION MOVIES and passing them off as "inspired by cartoons". The networks may recycle themselves with a new set of decent shows for the next generation, but face it: For those of us who enjoy it now, things will never return to be the same. I know enough people in the online animation community to notice the trend.
I don't really care about what happens to FOP or JN, Danny Phantom I like though, it is a worthy show on Nick. However I would rather continue to watch the oldies [JN, DP etc.] then watch shows like Mr. Meaty or anything close to that. Nick needs more shows like Avatar hands down.?? To bad its a kids network that would be cool if they could also show Cowboy Bebop, FMA, and the good animes.
