1. There have always been 4 air temples.
2. people have known this since near the begining
3. the northern one was 'invaded' by earth kingdom civilians, so it shows up??as part of the EK??on the map.

All the temples were invaded by the firenation and most airbenders were anihalated.?? But by the tcg is seems that the western airtemple is haunted which might be the tcg character malu and the reason for the title the painted lady ep.

Some of the faces koh has are grey which means they are airbenders.
Wow i noticed another thing,,,in the swamp,,Fo or someone said "No thats a lemer,,,Saw one at a traverling show one time" That probally means that their are some airbenders left or at least some lemers left...

Probally but remember long fang,,he had a normal whistle in Appas lost days...and Appa came to him and he was blowing a normal whistle...but maybe..

YES!!!?? That is EXACTLY what I mean!?? In fact, Avatar is the only reason I managed to stay awake during a whole month of learning about communist Russia... *eyetwitch* I wanted to see connections... I guess my obsession works to my advantage in Social Studies.
