Why do you think my previous thread on this subject was locked?

    So yeah.

    I'm thinking maybe this time yeah...

    I casually check the Nick TV Schedule this morning, as I have done all week long, as if keeping a vigiliant eye on it will somehow ensure it will not change at the last minute. Me='Foolish Girl.' (In a George Takei voice)

    And what do I see?

    Oh yes, not one but FOUR uber-cool episodes of 'Back in the Barnyard' and why yes, Avatar 'Undefined' in the Friday April 18th timeslot has been replaced with 'Back in the Barnyard-Otis Season/Otis Song.' Oh happy, happy, joy, joy.

    Nevermind that these episodes are repeats! Nevermind that Avatar fans have been waiting since DECEMBER for new Avatar episodes. Nevermind that NO Avatar episodes even air on the main Nick channel anymore...

    Can I ask why Nickelodeon feels compelled to toy with our emotions in this way?

    I mean seriously why?

    Why freakin' even put it on the schedule if they DO NOT intend to air it? They could have easily input a generic SpongeBob episode for the Friday April 18th 8:30 p.m. EST timeslot.

    Why even place Avatar on the TV Schedule only to yank it off again EVERY Thursday?

    Nickelodeon you do realize when you finally pull your head out of your a$$ that there will be no one there to actually watch Avatar because you've pulled this bait and switch crap on us TWICE now, right?

    I mean if you are going for generating Avatar buzz and excitement about new episodes, we're way past that now. You've dipped into the well one too many times.

    None of us believes Avatar will actually air again on Nickelodeon.

    You do know this, right?

    Freakin' morons.

    You know really banishment at this point would be a blessing.

    Besides I highly doubt it was HL who locked it.

    Very nice post. I also fall victim to the cry wolf scheme Nick has been pulling with their Scheduling. Every monday my dvr has Avatar on for Friday at 8:30 with no description, but come Thursday evening its gone. If the fairly tale is accurate one monday there going to post one for real and come friday noones going to watch it because your right, noone believes anymore.

    cough' I still think they will air new eps next month.

    Well the thing is as the original copies, were being taken to the Nick Studio, (before more copies were made) the copies were driven through a strange road and all of a sudden time-warped on the road caused the vehicle and copies to disappear. Nick sent a group of their finest time scientists to the road to investigate what happened, they revealed that the copies and the vehicles they were traveling in were sent to the future, so now they keep putting it on the schedule incase the copies arrive but so far they haven't.

    Can I just say I do not understand Nickelodeon in the least. I mean I can't even throw them 'the benefit of the doubt bone' at this point.

    IF they just would have left Avatar OFF of the schedule alltogether April 18th and the 25th I would not be nearly as livid as I am.

    My son has been in 'Ben 10' heaven ALL WEEK LONG courtesy of Cartoon Network. They ran a back-to-back episode marathon last Sunday and every day this week they've run a special Ben 10 presentation along with an episode realiably at the time and day they said they would on their TV schedule, all building up to the premier this Friday to the new series, Ben 10 Alien Force.

    Why, oh why, can't Nickelodeon do the same for Avatar?

    I just don't understand it.

    A Nick exec was quoted as saying they thought that Avatar would be the next Harry Potter.

    LOL Wth?

    If that was true why don't they treat it that way!?!
