    Does anyone ever notice how for some instances in certain episodes Uncle Iroh's voice changes? It happened in "Tales of Ba Sing Se" when he was watching the boys play a game and was trying to tell them to admit their mistake and in "The Earth King" when he was telling Zuko to drink some water. Please tell me I'm not the only one who noticed!

    Uh, yeah, we've noticed. If you didn't know yet, Iroh's voice actor, Mako, died this year. So now they have a replacement voice and are adding little snippets of him in the show now.

    Personally, I hope they just kill Iroh instead of destroying his character with some imposter's voice.

    Maybe in the nest episode, The Cross-Roads of Destiny, Iroh dies of old age when Zuko awakes in the morning, if they going to kill that is. It's been in my mind chance I heard of Mako's death, may he RIP.

    I hope iroh dies just because of how it would affect the plot:it would force zuko to join aang especially if azula was involved. Yes I notice the new voice too, but I don???t have a problem with it, it not that bad.

    Iroh does not live or die with Mako. It is only a voice, and a voice is something all voice actors have.

    Why would they have bothered to get a new VA for him if they were just going to kill him at the end of this season?
