I will start by saying some things that happened or were said that happened before, and a poster will have to state or guess when it happened in an earlier episode

and when it was said or done earlier, it might involve different persons

Aang says "I have to return my honor" at episode 301
katara rescues Zuko in the air while traveling on top of Appa at 316
Aang tells katara that he believes in her at 317
