In the episode Bitter Work when Iroh is trying to teach Zuko how to bend lightning, and??he tells him that it takes peace of mind to do so. He also says " I was afraid this might happen, you will not be able to master??lightning until you have dealt with the turmoil??inside you." Considering the events that took place in the Earth King I think the new Zuko will be able to bend lightning if the transformation is successful. Just speculation.

My fault this was my first post and I just looked up "Zuko lightning"... my apoligies and I will look more carefully next time. How do I delete my thread?

actually i agree with this, its already been in threads, but no worries. I think that zuko will bend lightening.

welll as long as this thread is here and I don't really care about posting on duplictes...you have a really good point! because in bitter work Iroh said that Zuko needed to let go of all of his emotions about the past in order to master lightening, and by getting rid of his scar that shows he is willing to leave it all behind him smart thinking! props for you
