    if there were a body of water around (and there has to be to make the fight fair) katara could just surf around in the water and toph wouldn't be able to see her. and water can be a very strong cutter as demonstrated in "the drill" so unless toph went underground and started randomly sending rocks up, katara would own her. but i say toph would win cause she could go underground and randomly send rocks up till one cracks katara's skull.
