Although I'm sure that they won't do it, and I'm sure it wouldn't be the best way to go, it would be a big plot twist. Like when Aang and Katara are grown up... say eight years, they get married, and Katara's pregnant. Aang then goes out to finish rebuilding things. Nine months later, they get new that Aang is dead. And then, somehow without the blood and gore, you see the baby and he's crying. And he pulls water out of the pot and a nurse says "he's a waterbender!" and katara says "no, he's the avatar." Although it'd be stupid to have Aang just *poof dead* like that, I think it'd be at least interesting. |

The next Avatar, child of the previous one? I don't like it. It's too logical. |

Well, presumably the fortune teller said Katara would pass away after giving birth to her third child... |

I don't get it. It kinda sounded like an insult. |
I'm actually starting to like it less; people get attached to the characters, but you never know I suppose.

I don't remember her saying anything about when katara dies...then again, it's been a while since I watched that one.?? Oh, and Aunt Wu was right about the volcano.?? her prediction was "This year, the village will not be destroyed by the volcano!" I remember that much.

Some of these endings sound like this show came from Adult Swim than Nick. |

As for that ending, it seems kind of cheesy (no offense), and the show is anything but.?? But if we're just talking hypothetically here, then that'd be a good ending.?? To make it funnier, I say that if Aang died it should be Sokka's kid who is the next Avatar (he's from the Water tribe, so it works).?? It would be the pure definition of irony, seeing how Sokka loathes all that bending.?? To quote him from the very second episode "I'm just a guy with a boomerang.?? I didn't ask for all the flying... and magic..."
