There are too many stickies!!

Do you think there are too many stickied topics?

    I, personally, think there are too many stickies on the front page of this forum. Seriously, half the page is taken up by stickies. Most of the stickies aren't being used much anyway. Why not have one informational thread linking to all the current sticky threads?

    Just wait 3 more weeks and 5 of those threads will be deleted/locked/un-sticky

    Btw, be glad that 2 were combined into one recently, also in behalf of everyone that will post, sorry for the flame ^_^;;

    Most of the stickies we have our offical and can't die since their so important. The two locked ones are messages from our editor, telling us what to do. So know, I do not think we have to many stickies.

    yes, but how about that avatar risk game and the disciples of the owl? i dont really think those are important. also the "did it air?" could be unstickied until a few days before july 14th and sozin's comet locked sticky could be removed as everyone in the forum knows about the new rule now, but it should be added to that other stickied thread.

    The stickies are up there to help people out. I don't care if they take up half the page. I just want noobs to see them so they don't make useless threads.

    it's pointless because for starters, you're a n00b and n00bs shouldn't post threads, secondly,being the n00b you are you have no place to criticize about the sticky threads, they are sticked their for a reason, if you weren't new or had some COMMON SENSE than you would know this, sorry to flame

    The Disciples of the Dragon are a certain group pivked every year as one of the friendliest and most helpful posters. The whole community comes together to vote 5 certai people. It really is an honor to earn. And AKB, give the guy a break, will ya? Fails are for people who do stupid stuff like 'hillary clinto vs. barack obama'.

    he's really not making a good point, he's just wasting our time by trying to add his criticism about sticky threads that are up for important reasons (such as how to direct ppl as to where to go and such]....this is just a thread that is taking up space and will soon be deleted

    Which pinned thread(s) do you suggest I suggest I should remove? The only one I can think of is the "Official Avatar News Tracker & Speculation Thread", mainly because there is little or no upcoming news until the episodes air. But, aside for that, I don't see any pinned threads that can be removed without causing fifty people to make their own threads on that subject.

    You clearly have no idea what fail means. Fail means doing something so incredibly stupid it can become funny. I go on several forums (including other CNet forums such as gamespot.com) and these forums all follow the same rules of fail. Just trying to get something across, which you may find useless, doesn't = fail. Saying stuff like "wtf is a samus? i said metroid is a robot!" or "einstein and hitler weren't in the same time period" would be considered fail.
