Okay, so I was watching Avatar today and it was one of my favorite episodes of all time (Tha Avatar Spirit). And it was after that part where that idiot guy who's trying to get Aang into a fit of rage to trigger his Avatar spirit basically makes it look like he offs Katara by dragging her down into the concrete stone below them (I was so sad when Aang was crying! It was so horrible) and that basically pushes Aang over the edge and wa lah! Avatar state.

So after he destroys practically the whole dam thingy Avatar Roku from the spirit world gets him and he goes there, where Roku tells him that while he is in the Avatar State he is most powerful, but if he is killed while in it, the Avatar cycle will be broken, so...well, basically he'd better not get iced while in it. So then he goes back and goes back to normal and then Katara goes and hugs him and that psycho dude is all, "Now if we can just communicate with you while you're in it-" and Sokka smacks him in the head with a boomerang and they all leave and that's basically the end. Then Cave of two lovers came on (WOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!The episode for Kataang lovers everywhere) but that's another story for later.

But back to the point, when Roku told Aang that he can't be killed during the Avatar state or the cycle will be broken I was like, "Hold it..." because I know Nick is for kids and probably won't kill the main character, but something in my mind kept nagging me that maybe Aang will be the last Avatar. Because I was always wondering, "If the show is set in a lost age, what made benders die out?" and that could be it: The Avatar cycle could be broken when an Avatar is killed in his Avatar state and it sets everything off bablance, therefore bam! No more benders. And for some reason I think Aang would not only be the last Airbender, but the last Avatar period.

    ...........................

Yeah, I don't think it's fully developed or that the Fire Nation would win the war, but something keeps telling me that that MIGHT happen. I dunno. Feel free to comment on how whacked out this is. Hopefully it won't, I don't want aang to die....

    Whaddya guys think???

It has been rumored that Ozai, Azula and Aang will all come to an end during the Avatar State (the thing Aang does, not the episdoe) in the season 3 finale.

I personally think it's all crap... I don't mean to offend anybody but I think it just takes place in an alternate universe. They wouldn't kill the main character... I don't think...

Trust me...that's exactly what I think too. If they killed off Aang I would cry like I did when Dumbledore died in HP. And it was BAD.

But something inside of me is going, well, you never know...

Me too! Snape and Dumbly planned it they HAD to!!!! Geez, ur mind is awesome....

I agree with Jason. Even though i'd hate Aang to die I still think for some reason it would be all noble how he dies to save the world....aw man, Sokka and Katara and Toph would go comatose if that happened...

It would be dramatic if Aang died in the season finale, definately a big twist. Different from the way Nick usually is. Yeah right, like Nick would let them kill him, though.

the thing about that the really had me going HOLD UP...was: what could possibly kill Aang when he's in the Avatar State? this guy went into the Avatar State n took out?? whole Fire Navy fleet single handed...who or what is powerful enough to challenge Aang when he's glowin it up? maybe a well placed lightning bolt *wink wink* but those take time to build up(okay like 3 seconds) just wonder if that's a bit of hidden foreshadowing of things to come, ya feel me?

I cried when Dumbles died too! I was literally sobbing. If Aang died, I'd probably literally drown in tears. I hope he doesn't, but there's a little part of me that pictures Katara in the future, holding their baby daughter and thinking about Aang...

As if whether or not Nick has the guts to kill off Aang, my answer is yes, they probably do have the guts. Darn them. ::angry::

First thing, Dumbledore's dead, face it. he had to die so that the hero of the series, Harry, could face the fact that he has to do this on his own and can't relly on any body else. Snape is evil just live with it.

I dont think aang would die, at least not in the avatar state. It can still be happy if he dies, but if he dies like that and the universe becomes all unbalanced it seems like that would just be too awful. If he does die, i bet it won't be in the avatar state. That i could see happening. Although, since nick is asking for a season 4 of avatar, maybe they know something about the ending that we don't.
