Zuko walking in on Sokka was just... *does weird motions trying to convey words but fails*. I mean look at his face *points at Dr Avatar's avatar*.

The fights were awesome, the bonding was sweet, the wisdom was mind blowing, the ninja costumes were just WOW! The ending was such a cliff hanger, I just can't wait to see more.

The only thing I found a little out of character was Zuko going along with the revenge/violence thing. Maybe it was old habit, or trying to find closure about his own mother's disappearance, but after all the destiny talk and the "Silver Sandwich" stuff, it seemed out of place.

    Otherwise, for the eternal win!

Completely agree. I found the whole Zuko needing Revenge thing strange. I did think MAYBE he was just going along and hoping Katara would see the truth and not kill the man (which may still be true), but him saying Aang was right in an apologetic way makes it unlikely

i'm not sure, i think Zuko was supposed to learn something about forgiveness and all that too, otherwise why would the ep start with him fighting Azula in revenge. i'm willing to bet it was one of though's sub understanding things that the show likes to turn out on the Gaang and Zuko .

Hey, was anyone else dissapointed with the end of this episode. I was expecting some plot twist similar to what happened in Spider Man 3. I was expecting the bad guy to be less bad than Katara thought, maybe just a soldier following orders and not realizing the consequences of his actions until later and being filled with remorse when Katara found him (and not just because she was going to kill him). It even would have been believable if it turned out that he hadn't actually been the one who killed her. It was a let down to see that he was just as bad as Katara claimed he was.

Btw, doesn't it seem strange that Katara still hated Zuko after he:

    1. Saved her life TWICE!

    2. Taught Aang firebending.

    3. Broke her father out of jail.

She didn't hate him, she just didn't like him. You can tell by TSR that she had disliked him less than before.

And we need some originality who wants to see Avatar do the same thing Spider-Man 3 did?

I think it was the fact that she does not trust him. I mean Zuko did betray her in Ba Sing Se =|

I loved that scene where before Katara and Zuko attack the ship it cuts to a scene where the fire nation raider is like talking to his buddies and he says something "So then I was like..." oddly as it sounds I like the coloring and look of that particular scene! I wish I could find a pic of that guy to use as my avatar!! lol

Speaking of Katara I absolutely love her she was my fav character threw most of the series. I was a little disappointed. I know she's the one whom actually defeated Azula but I just expected something a little more "Epic" from the blood-bending, gender-bending, last and only chosen one from the Southern water tribe. Don't get me wrong I think her role was great I just thought.. I dunno.. anyone else ?

I loved how this episode was able to captivate the very dark side of Katara, and I enjoyed the way the brought the flashbacks in.
