The way they divided thecity between poor, middle and upper was a lot like what Hitler did to the jews in the ghettos pthe poor people are not allowed to leave their area just like the jews were not allowed to leave their area

Well does Ba Sing Se has two walls or one?

and two or three seperating different social class: 3. Lower-class wall: between middle and lower classes districts preventing homeless, refugees, etc. from getting to middle class area 4. Middle-class wall: between middle and upper classes districts preventing scholars, businessmen, etc. from getting to upper class area. 5. Upper-class wall: between upper-class district and royal palace, seperating politicians, non-active officers, and other non-royal officials from the royal castle.

It is a mix of the Hindu caste system, Communist fear of government, and a forced Utopia.

Let me try that again (stupid quick-post)

That episode was incredible. That's the only English word I can think of to describe it. The Zuko/Jet fighting scene was a different yet cool style of animation for Avatar. And did anyone else double over laughing when Toph said You been hitting the cactus juice again? (Or something close to that.)
Avatar is changing. It's not how it used to be. It seems like the directors are trying to make it appeal to older kids. Guess they don't know it already does. Man I sure can ramble on can't I?

OH MY GOSH! I remember learning about that last year! I am such a nerd for remembering it. But now that you mention it, it makes sense, even to me.

They're not like communists. If they were, their government??would try to make everyone poor. Rather, they have a balanced, albiet stagnent, class system.

Besides The Swamp, this was by far the weirdest episode yet.

Ba Sing Sei is full of commies!

It was a great episode, though I doubt kids would get the full impact of how the story went. This was the first time my parents watched it, and they thought it was really good. There was a lot more stuff than what met the surface.

Next to The Chase, maybe one of the best episodes. A lot more satisfying than SotFN... for me, at least
