As we all noticed, at some point before the finale, the Gang will stay at Ember Island. Just putting this out as a theory, what if they were to stay in that abandoned royal Summer Home from 305?
In the trailer we see,
- Aang meditating on a balcony overlooking the sea, like the Beach House had.
- Aang attempting to kiss Katara on a similar balcony overlooking the sea.
- Azula standing in front of some type of burning structure.
- Aang standing in front of (what resembles) a burning archway. (Like the one on the Beach House's porch.)
- I really don't think they have any other allies who would willingly shelter them on Ember Island. (Unless Iroh or Ursa suddenly appear.)

In the beginning of Ember Island Players, the Gaang is at a courtyard (fountain, marble tiles, etc). This is also evidence that they might be at the royal beach house.

I think it's very possible... Not to mention, the wasteland in the trailer is VERY similar to the wasteland the Gaang was in in The Beach. I'll get the pics if you need them.

And Aang also appears to be bending on Ember Island on the game.
I'd say that your theory is 99% sure to happen.

yeah we were talking about that in the "scene connector thread" since we can determine which episode almost all of the scenes came from and its a lot easier since all the finale ones have a red background...ahaha so yeah it definitely looks like they stay at ember island since in the EIP suki says "we were just in town" and they're wearing firenation clothing we can kind assume that they are on the island at that point. my guess is maybe after they go save sokka and zuko because they went to save suki and hakoda, they'll be chased back to the western airtemple and will have to leave it so zuzu suggests going to the island since he knows it so well or something...
