What happens when the Gang spents extended time in the Fire Nation next season, and interact with the citizens, will their perception change of the citizens of the Fire Nation?

What is their perception now? And how will it change?

I saw "Zuko Alone" again yesterday, and notice it completely focuses on the Fire Nation characters, and humanised them. Throughout the series, they have humanised the Fire Nation characters, starting with Zuko and Iroh, and extended from there. Than I thought back to the earlier episodes, Sokka and Katara's feelings about the Fire Nation, they said the Fire Nation was ruthless and heartless. We have learned they are not all like that.

It is starting to change, now that Iroh has helped them again. And Toph has bonded with him.

My point is, when they get into the Fire Nation, I think they might expect everyone to be blood thirsty people, who want to destroy the world. And they might find out, that is not the case.

One of the things I love about the show. They didn't just make the Fire Nation a bunch of misc. evil people. And they get the same character development as people from the other nations.

Amen to that!! I think the gang's perception has probably changed since the beginning, although much of their anger is probably still fueled at them, I'm assuming because of the wipe-out of the Air Nomads, and the death of Katara and Sokka's mother.

HOWEVER, I do believe that a little light will be shined on the Fire Nation's citizens...we've seen Iroh, Zuko, Jeong Jeong, Chey, that little kid that fed Appa, ...all of those are from the Fire Nation, and they're not evil at all. I'd pretty much have to agree with nyfan...the gang's views on the Fire Nation certainly seem to have changed.

Any Of The Royal Family Is Evil Just Because They Want Power And Recoginiton. The Fire Nation Thrives On Missery And Deceptment, I Dont Think Any Of The Fire Nation Will Help Aang Except The 1st and 2nd Ones 2 Leave the Army And Not Die. (Forgetting names, but the fire master in the forest b4 aang fought zhao.)

The creaters of the avatar said that Aang will battle Orzi by the end with the season. Aang will defeate him but will not kill him. After the fire lord is defeated the gAang will give the power to rule the fire nation??to??Zuko who planed with Iroh to trick Azula into thinking that Zuko was on her side

The Fire Nation citizens they are like the rest of the world, victoms of Ozai's conquest for power. If your a Fire Nation merchant, how does the Fire Nation taking over the world, make your life better. This whole war is all about the Fire Lord's ego. I am sure there was also a friendly sence of pride among the four nation, on who's element is the best. But not to the exdent the leaders of the Fire Nation took it.

Remember when Sokka had objections to Jet mugging the old man because he was from the Fire Nation, that shows Sokka is not lumping everyone from the Fire Nation together.

Aang's perception was always the same, because he is old enough to remember life before the war, and had Fire Nation friends. I wonder if Aang's friend he metion in the Blue Spirit, will be mentioned again. Maybe the gang's meets that person grandkid or great grand kid.

When they get to the Fire Nation, and see the Fire Nation solders pushing the citizens around, they will realise even the Fire Naton people are victoms of Ozai's wraith. And the Gang will take a back to that.

If that happens, which I thought was a great possibility. I hope Zuko shares his power with the Sages, and have things go back to the old ways.

If Iroh joins the Gang, things might be un easy between Iroh and the Gang, if they fight Fire Nation solders, and the Gang gets a little to excited about killing??a few of them. Because of what happened to his son, the Gang doesn't think the way Iroh does, that they have families to.

I don't think they'll get carried away killnig Fire Nation soldiers, they never have before. Besides, I roh has fought FN soldiers, too.

The only member of the gagng who I think needs to be more accepting of the FN citizens is Katara. This is because she is the only one who has never shown she cares abotu them.

It wouldn't be that bad really. You would be able to travel around a lot more freely. But the average citizen in the Fire Nation I would assume is not bad. I would say they support the war because of the propaganda over the years and the fear of their lives, and maybe the fact they really don't know what is going on. But the thing is do Fire Nation soldiers ever return and speak about what is going on?

Fire Lord Sunzi did not start the war, because he cares so much about the citizens of the Fire Nation, it was for selfish reasons.

Don't get me wrong, there are some of the citzens of the Fire Nation are bad people, the same with the Earth Kingdom and Water Tribe citizens. There are like everybody else, some are good, some are bad.

I??see the??gAng??learning more about Fire??Nation people, much like Zuko learned about Earth??Kingdom??people this past season.

I think the friend Aang mentioned in the Blue Spirit episode, will??play a part in the new season. (he probably not alive, but he has desidents)??
