I checked the "duplicate thread" and couldn't find anything on this topic...so felt the need to create it
If there is another topic like this, then, sorry.
Anyhoo, back to the topic.
I think one of my favourite Sokka bits was when he was high on the cactus juice in "The Desert". It really was a series classic:
"It's a giant mushroom! Maybe it's friendly! Friendly mushroom! Mushy giant friend!"
"Who told you that? *points to Momo furiously* IT WAS YOU! You ratted me out!!"
"Who lit Toph on fire?"
I also loved his triumphant "Water Tribe" to those two boys in "The Blind Bandit"

Another of my favourites is in the second episode, where Sokka pushes Zuko off his own ship with Aang's staff:
