I'm sorry, everyone keeps talking about how pissed/disappointed they are at Zuko, trying to find loopholes/plot holes/ect., and speculating what ships are gonna last, and a bunch of, "HOW COULD THEY DO THIS?!?!""THIS WAS AWFUL!!!"?? I just feel thte need to state my opinion.

This was so much better than I ever expected!?? Watching it, I felt so intense, waiting to find out more, smirking at the stuff I predicted would happen happened, and staring in awe at all the plot twists.??

That's another thing I like about the show.?? Even if you manage to predict a few things accurately, unless you have some sort of other worldly instincts, at the very least one major thing will happen that you never expected.?? And this finale exemplified all of that and more.?? I so envy the gifted creators that think of this stuff and the amazing staff that helps them pull it all together.?? I can hardly wait to see the next season!??

OK, now my comments on the stuff everyone's talking about:

Toph's metalbending:?? Unexpected, and completely awesome!?? Like others I thought she was gonna be rescued.?? But once again she showed just how truely powerful she is, by becoming the first (???) metalbending earthbender!?? Now that's girl power (dear god I think I died a little inside for saying that....)

Kataang:?? I've always supported Kataang, and while many believe that Aang letting go of Katara was the end, I don't.?? Noone said that letting go was permenant.?? Aang lied to Toph and Sokka about the avatar state on the way back to Ba Sing Se, even though he'd opened his Truth chakra.?? Who's to say he can't do the same for the last chakra??? Plus, that last scene was so heart wrenchingly sweet I felt like crying and puking at the same time.

Zutara:?? Never been a big supporter of this, but I admit I had been thinking about this when I saw the preview.?? I hoped they would only develop a sort of kinship over the loss thing, but apart of me was actually thinking of the possibilities.?? I'm thankful it wasn't as Zutarish as I believed though.?? But hey, who knows??? Like I said, this show is full of twists.

Zuko's Destiny:?? This probably shocked me the most.?? I had totally believed Zuko would go with Aang and the gang and teach him firebending, or Iroh would.?? This totally left my mind spinning.....?? As a moral person I'm really disappointed with Zuko's decision, but as a fan I still have faith in him.?? I'm still hoping he'll become apart of Aang's team, or betray Azula.?? But if he never does and stays on the fire nation side.... then I guess as a fan I'll have to accept his decision.?? Yes, even after all that I'm still a fan of his.?? I'm a fan of Zuko for Zuko, and whatever he chooses that's never gonna change.?? But really, how long do you think Zuko's gonna be an ally of Azula?

Long Feng:?? Totally predictable.?? Fell for Azula's plot like the bastard idiot he is.

Suki:?? Still hoping she's alive, but it's looking pretty bleak....

The War:?? Somehow, I suppose I always felt like the Fire Nation would take over the Earth Kingdom.?? But it's still mind numbing now that it's actually happening.?? Now there's only the water tribes and the Avatar.?? I'm on the edge of my seat to find out how this'll end!

Did I miss anything??? If not, discuss any aspect of the finale you wish ^_^

If I may add on to this wonderful, um, list:

Toph's Metalbending: One word, s...w...e...e...t. Completely unpredictable and so cool! I love how they brought back the whole "matrix" thing. I hoped they would, it was cool how Toph figured out she could sense the actual earth in the metal and had a little light bulb go off.

Kataang: This is really confusing, I'm going to try my hardest to make sense of my twisted thoughts. I think Aang's love for Katara has grown even more. He "gave up" his love for her becuase he loved her and wanted to go into the avatar state to protect her. So he went from lower case "l" love to upper case "L" love. Confusing, becuase he had to give her up and he did, but he still loves her.??He went from little boy crush to a love, and as always "love can move mountians". I'm still going with my original theory, that since the avatar state is powered by emotions, and love = big time emotions, he still loves her. I dunno, but long live Kataang!

    Zutara: It sank.

Zuko's destiny: Wow, just wow. Completely unpredictable and perfect. Zuko is BACK! YEA! I have no idea where this is going, but I don't think it was a trick for Azula, it was too much. He just wants his father's love, he want to much to just give it up, I put myself in his shoes and i would have done the same thing, you can't go on your life doing on ething and then just switch, its impossible. So good!

Long Feng: Hehe, Azula got him. He is dead, done, gone, kapoof, ba-da-bing-ba-da-boom!

Suki: I loved her character, but yea, I think she's a goner, or maybe she'll pull off a cool but cliche "I'm the only one who survived the attack." I think it will be exposed what happened to her though, later on.

The War: Everyone thinks this is resembling Star Wars. I think its resembling "A Series of Unfortunate Events". This is like when the kids have no allies, they are all alone, and everyone thinks they're murders. The Gaang has lost Ba Sing Se to Azula, almost got??Aang killed, has very little allies, and is just in big time poopoo with no where to go and the Earth King is with him. I think this is when Bumi is going to reveal his little trick up his sleeve. That would be cool. Like "Return of the Return to Omashu". Hehe.??

    That's about it.
