I just finished watching it again. Its awesome. Nick should put up an effort to put Sozin's Comet up in the big screen. The fight scenes, musical score and plot lines were movie epic level!!!

I know its the ending.. but.. you'll never know....

Book one Water - Shows the discovery of the frozen Avatar in the artic waters , the situation of the the Water benders and their nation.

Book two - Earth - Shows the people and the final defeat of the earth kingdoms by the fire nation.

Book three - Fire - Shows the events within the fire nation, its people and the eventual defeat of the Firelord Ozai.

Book Four (how I wish) - Air - Should show what Happens 10 yrs after from the events at the end of book 3. I mean, hey, the rug rats became tweens, Ben (over at CN), also grew up,so why not show Aang restoring the Air benders to balance the four kingdoms ?

Who knows, The story could also be like, Aang discovered that the monks fought the fire benders, sacrificed their lives so that a remnant can escape. and that This group had hidden themselves, away from all know communication, in a hidden Shangrilla like valley. Who know's, Zuko's mother might be found in this village.

I mean the basis for Book Four is for Aang and friends travel along the lands and lost paths looking for this supposed remant or legendary village of airbenders. Azula could be shown escaping from prison and hunting down Katara in her crazy fit madness way, thus becoming the new central antagonist of the show.

AGREED!! Not only doesn't Nick not want to show death but Aang is a Monk and they never kill anything they never even eat meat. So when Ozi didn't die it was kinda expected. It is kinda like watching a die hard movie you just know Bruce Willis will win and live but no one knows how he will do it, and taking Ozi's bending away was not expected at all!

They're going to do more than that since watching two episodes doesn't take 2 hours.

Well, I searched around the net to find some kind of summary from the panal. Here's what I found at Toon Zone: http://news.toonzone.net/article.php?ID=25190. So, there was indeed a fake Book 4: Air trailer. Ursa was still not answered, but Bryke said they hoped to find some way to answer it soon. It seems like the big announcement was the MMO. Also, they are hoping to make an Avatar Soundtrack.

By the way, on a completely different note, I finally found out where the shoe that Zuko used in the finale to track Iroh came from. All the way back in Book One, in the episode "The Spirit World" (Winter Solstice Pt. 1), Iroh was captured by Earthbenders. Iroh dropped off the animal that the Earthbenders were taking him on and left his shoe on the ground. Zuko found it and even remarked that it had the scent of his uncle. It seems like he kept that shoe all the way to the finale. Weird...

So the show is over, and we're all screwed. The game looks to be a cheap World of Warcraft knockoff, and I cant stand when a company makes the user pay for online access. I just can't believe it. Although I only started watching a mere month ago, Avatar became a little escape for me. I was able to go into the Avatar Universe, and go on all those fantastic trips. There was no college applications, or essays, or test grades; not even an utterance of something that remotely resembled "Grade Point Average." I guess that the stress from my approaching senior year in highschool and the college process overall lead me to seek for an escape, and Avatar became that escape. Now that it's over, it's just sad. I no longer have the fantastic adventures of Harry and his friends, which offered another escape, and now, I have lost Aang and his friends. Avatar was not so much a show on a children's network for me; it became an extension of my imagination and something that touched me. It was one of those few special pieces of cinema and literature that have to ability to extend and consume ones imagination. Who knows, maybe there will be a continuation, and if not, well I'll just have to find something else to allow me an escape.

    I will miss it terribly

This is **** even the live action movie is going to be **** Instead of making new episodes to resolve all the questions this thread has brought up, but instead they will just explain what happens. I for one am pist off and 5.6 million people watched the finale and there still won't be any new episodes. No more Avatar is equal to losing a loved one the pain will never go away.

I wouldn't buy any games or things like that b/c they will only be a waste of your money

Did anyone else not see Iroh at Zuko's coronation? One would think that of all people Iroh would certainly attend that ceremony. The only explanation that I can think is that he was busy helping the White Lotus finish the reconquering of Ba Sing Se.

And the fact that they may just be doing it for people who missed it never ran through your minds ?

Maybe some Nick exec is like "If all 19 million watch it again, then we're sure we've got a hit !"

Watched the whole thing again, and Tivo'd it. Im sitting here wiping a tear away from my eye. The Avatar provided me with so much stress release and now to find that it is over I'm just sad.

Please guys don't let it be over ! We need an epilogue some closure, or even another book.
