The last face looks older definitely mid 30s or something (balding, tired eyes), while the picture of Lu Ten is much young mid 20s (energic, a soldier at his peak). I do believe, though, that the last face is related to Iroh's little trip to the spirit world.

My theory was that Lu ten was killed in the battle and then Iroh went to the Spirit world to find him or to try to bring him back or something and maybe Koh stole lu ten's face then
Or
the dude on kohs face wasnt lu ten and iroh jus went into the spirit world to see lu ten some other time then during the first siege of bi sing sei

By looking at the last face again, it does look more like a very young Iroh, rather than Lu Ten.

the photo and the face of koh do look xtremly different but then hoo could the face belong 2 and wot about the avatar 8-9 hundred years a go that attack koh wot happened 2 him? hoo ever it was we now no longer have that thought in our mnd going is it lu ten?

My thing is, who cares? It's probably the face of no one in particular. Just like the other faces Koh had.
